Exchange policy: We want you to be happy! Our jewelry is handmade with love just for you, once we get your order. When you receive your item, if you have a change of mind, we are happy to work with you. We just ask that you contact us within 10 days of shipment, and we will work with you on getting that exchanged for something else you have your eye on! 

Oops policy: We are confident in our craftsmanship, but nobody's perfect. If you receive something that is flawed, we want to correct it for you! Just let us know!
